包覆Yb(OH)3对球形β-Ni(OH)2结构及电化学行为的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用精确控制反应沉淀过程制备包覆Yb(OH)3的β-Ni(OH)2,通过XRD分析包覆球型氢氧化镍在充放电过程中的结构变化,CV,EIS研究高温镍电极电化学行为。结果表明,随着Yb的包覆,满充电态时β-Ni(OH)2的(001)和(100)谱线较放电态宽化明显;在60℃充放电时,包覆Yb(OH)3样品容量优于常规氢氧化镍,Yb明显提高了镍电极析氧过电位;60℃充放电条件下,镍电极荷电态状态不同时,包覆Yb(OH)3的氢氧化镍的电荷传递电阻变化与常规氢氧化镍不同。 The spherical ytterbium-coated nickel hydroxide was synthesized by controlling the precipitations accurately. The structure changes of the spherical nickel hydroxide during charge/discharge process were studied by XRD. Cyclic vohammetry and electrochemical impedance spectra measurements were used to study the electrochemical behaviors of nickel electrode at high temperature. The results indicated that the peaks of (001) and (100) of β-Ni(OH) 2, with the coating of ytterbium hydroxide in full charge state were broader obviously than those in the discharge state. The discharge capacity of the ytterbium-coated nickel hydroxide was higher than that of the conventional nickel hydroxide at 60 ℃. Ytterbium was found increasing the oxygen evolution over-potential of the nickel electrode obviously. The variation of transfer resistance of the ytterbium-coated nickel hydroxide was found different from that of the conventional under the condition of different state-of-charge of the nickel electrode at 60℃.
