摘要
笔者数年来在导师吴银根学术思想指导下治疗支气管扩张症多例,今列举并分析4则典型案例。认为对痰热证的有效治疗是关键所在。其治法不仅是清肺化痰,还应结合患者体质,灵活应用理气化痰、降气化痰、健脾化痰、温脾强肾、燥湿化痰、润肺化痰、平肝泻肺诸法。对于经年顽痰及严重感染,支气管镜下局部吸痰、灌洗治疗合缓解期中药调理,可取得较佳疗效。
Four intractable bronchiectasis cases were sampled and treated under the instruction of professor Wu Yingen. The effective treatment of phlegm-heat was thought as the key point. The therapeutic methods consisted not only of clearing lung and resolving sputum, but also the combination of other methods, such as regulating qi to resolve phlegm, downbearing qi to resolve phlegm, invigorating the spleen to resolve phlegm, invigorating the spleen and kidney, drying the dampness to resolve phlegm, moistening the lung to resolve phlegm, purgation of the liver and the lung. As to some severe cases, Chinese medicine can play important roles in stable stage preceeded by bronchoalveolar lavage with therapeutic bronchoscope.
