摘要
本文分析了目前高校校园网的状况,以及在数据库访问中的局限性,并结合图书馆的实际情况,提出了校园网外用户访问数字资源的技术解决方案,并对相关的知识产权等法律问题提出了解决建议。
This paper analyzes the current situations of the university intmnet and the restrictive factors of the database access; proposes the technology solutions of the digital resources access for users outside campus networks by combining the actual situations of the university libraries, and puts forward solutions of the relevant legal issues such as the intellectual property protections, etc.
