摘要 目的:采用高效毛细管电泳法分离测定蒙药材紫花地丁乙醇提取物中的槲皮素的含量。方法:以10mmo.lL-1硼砂-30mmo.lL-1三羟甲基氨基甲烷缓冲溶液(pH9.5)为电泳缓冲液,采用压力进样方式,在20℃,20kV恒压下进行电泳分离,并在254nm波长处检测。结果:紫花地丁乙醇提取物中的目标组分在30m in内完全分离,且有良好的线性关系;槲皮素的加样平均回收率为95.64%,其RSD=3.5%(n=6)。结论:该方法简单、准确、快速。 Objective: The Quercetin in ethanol extracts from Mongolian medicinal herb-herba violae was determined by HPCE. Methods: The electrophoresis buffer was 10mmol·L^-1 Na2B4OT-30mmol·L^-1Tris (pH9.5) , and the run-voltage was 20kV with a temperature of 20℃. Pressure injection model was used. UV detection was set at 254nm. Results: The target component in ethanol extracts from herba violae was separated completely within 30 minutes, and this method had a good linear relationship. The average recovery of the method was 95.64% , RSD was 3.5% ( n = 6). Conclusion: The method was simple, rapid and accurate.
