摘要
目的：分析胆囊癌的CT表现和特征，探讨其CT诊断价值和限度。材料与方法：回顾分析经手术病理证实的34例胆囊癌的CT检查资料。结果：根据胆囊癌的CT表现，分为三型：厚壁型21例，腔内型4例，肿块型9例。结论：CT是诊断胆囊癌的有效方法．增强扫描可提高诊断的准确性。
Purposc: To study the CT features of gallbladder carcinoma and to evaluate the diagnostic ca pability of CT. Materials aud Mcthods: CT manifestations of 34 patients with gallbladder carcinoma proved by surgeon and pathology were reviewed. Results: The major CT finding,were classified as follows: thickened wall 21cases; intraluminal mass 4 cases; mass 9 cases. Conclusion: CT is a va1uable diagnostic procedure to reveal gallbladder carcinoma. lt was stressed that contrast enhancement CT is very important in diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma.
