雷竹笋中金属元素含量的测定分析 被引量:9

摘要 笔者以湖北崇阳县不同加工处理的雷竹笋为试材,分别采用三酸消化法和混酸消化法进行消化,用火焰原子吸收光谱法分别测定K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu等7种金属元素的含量。结果表明:不同的消化方法所得的测定结果有差异。混酸消化法是测定雷竹笋中金属元素的较好方法。雷竹笋中金属元素含量大小次序为:K>Ca>Fe>Mg>Mn>Zn>Cu。 The authors took the bamboo shoots from Phyllostachys praecox f. prevernalis as tested materials with different processing in Chongyang County of Hubei, and adopted methods of 3 acid digestions and mixed ones. The content of seven kinds metal elements such as K,Ca, Fe, Mg, Mn, Zn,Cu were determined by flame and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The result shows that there were differences in determined results obtained with different digestion methods. The digest method in mix acid is relative good method to determine the metallic element among the bamboo shoots of Phyllostachys praecox f. prevernalis.The sequence of metallic element contents in size is K〉Ca〉Fe〉Mg〉Mn〉Zn〉Cu.
