摘要
研究了Zr与O2的燃烧特性,测试了Zr-O2闪光灯的发射光谱。实验结果表明:点火电压越高(22V),氧气量越多(0.7MPa),锆条越细(0.3~0.5mm),发火率越高。Zr-O2闪光灯的辐射光谱的分布范围为500~900nm,其中在700~900nm范围的近红外区内有较强的辐射峰。Zr-O2闪光灯的发射光谱特性与锆氧反应速度、反应程度及充氧气的压力等因素无关。
Combustion characteristic of Zr-O2 was studied. Emission spectrum of Zr-O2 flashlamp was also tested. Results show that the higher the ignition voltage (22 V) is, the more the oxygen ( 0.7 MPa) is and the smaller Zr strip (0.3 - 0.5 mm) is, the high- er fire ratio is. The spectrum of Zr-O2 pyrotechnics is distributed from 500 - 900 nm, and it has stronger emission strength in near infrared region of 700 - 900 nm. The spectrum characteristics are almost the same in different ratios of fuel/oxygen.
