摘要
为了探讨正交设计法优选益智挥发油β-环糊精包合物的包合工艺的最佳条件,采用研磨法进行了研究.结果:m(益智挥发油)∶m(β-CD)=1∶8,超声3h,加水量为3mL时,制备的包合物中益智挥发油含量较高.结论:研磨时间及不同的加水量是影响益智挥发油包合效果的主要因素.
The papeer used the rubbing method to find the optimum condition for preparing the inclusion complex of volatile oil of Alpinia oxyphlla with β-Cyclodextrin (β-CD) with the orthogonal designation. The result shows when the ratio of m(volatile oil) to m(β-CD) is 1:8, the ultrasonic time is 3 h, and the amount of water is 3 mL, the content of volatile oil in the inclusion complex is found to be the highest. The rubbing time and the amount of water are two main factors affecting the inclusion efficiency of volatile oil of Alpinia oxyphlla.
