摘要
自1964年以来共收治Mikullcz’s病21例，全身症状均不明显，不合并口干、眼干，也不伴随任何结缔组织疾病。全组病例均经病理标本复习，行单纯放疗6例，术后加放疗6例，单纯手术切除8例，单纯药物治疗1例。结果发现放射治疗效果良好。作者认为放疗之于求病不失为安全、可靠的治疗方法。该文就Mikullcz’s病的病因、诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗进行了讨论。
21 patients with Mikulicz's diseases in salivary gland have been admitted in our hospital since 1964. Patients didn't have any apparent general symptoms, and were also not accompanied by xerostomia, xerophthalmia and any other connective tissue disorders. We reviewed all the pathologic samples. 6 underwent radiotherapy only, 6 underwent surgery and postoperative radiotherapy, 18 patients surgery only, and the other one was administered medicine only. We find Radiotherapy is a safe and effective treatment method. the article also discussed the pathogenesis, diagnosis, differential diagnosig and treatment methods.
