摘要
超声心动团结合肾B型扫描检查尿毒症患者45例，检出左室肥厚36例，左室扩张7例，在房扩大13例，左室收缩功能不全5例，舒张功能不全18例；合并心包积液18例，心瓣膜、瓣环钙化9例，左空射血分数与左室心肌重量、内径及在房内任呈负相关，与心包积液量及肾长径无相关关系。
Kidney ultrasonography, doppler and 2-D echocardiography were used to study 45 cases of uremic cardiomyopathy (UCM) and a control group consisting of healthy adults. All were done with statistical measures. In the UCM group 43 cases with LVH, 13 cases with LAH, 23 cases with insufficient cardiac function, 18 cases with PE and 9 cases with heart valvular-ring calcification were detected. LVEF is inversely related to LVM, LVD and IHD. There are no correlations between LVEF and PE or long diameter kidney.
