标杆超越法作为一种学习先进经验的系统、科学、高效的方法,在企业管理中得到广泛的应用。构建基于标杆超越法的绩效管理体系的过程包括:选取杆杆对象;确定绩效管理的指标和标准体系;绩效管理体系的实施;阶段性绩效考核;绩效改进与再树标杆。
Benchmarking, as an advanced system and scientific and efficient way, is widely used in enterprise management. The process of the construction of the performance management system based on benchmarking includes: select the object of benchmarking, define the index and criterion system for performance management, the implementation of performance management system, periodical performance evaluation and the improvement of performance benchmarking.
