摘要
标杆超越法作为一种学习先进经验的系统、科学、高效的方法,在企业管理中得到广泛的应用。构建基于标杆超越法的绩效管理体系的过程包括:选取杆杆对象;确定绩效管理的指标和标准体系;绩效管理体系的实施;阶段性绩效考核;绩效改进与再树标杆。
Benchmarking, as an advanced system and scientific and efficient way, is widely used in enterprise management. The process of the construction of the performance management system based on benchmarking includes： select the object of benchmarking, define the index and criterion system for performance management, the implementation of performance management system, periodical performance evaluation and the improvement of performance benchmarking.
