摘要
在创新体系构建中,作为创新主体的企业家的功能越来越受到重视。文章对企业家在区域创新和产业集群发展中的作用进行了分析,指出培育企业家精神的重要性,并提出了企业家精神培育的政策措施。
In the innovation system construction, as the innovation main body, the function of entrepreneur is paid more and more attention. This article analyzes the function that entrepreneurs carry on in the region innovation and industrial cluster development. Pointed out the importance of the entrepreneurial spirit cultivated. And proposed the policy measure of entrepreneurial spirit cultivation.
