摘要
l前言 颈椎退行性病变发病率日益增高，针对其治疗方法也层出不穷，但归根结底还是以20世纪60年代Smith和Ro-binson^[1]提出的颈椎前路减压、植骨融合术（anterior cervical discectomy and fusion，ACDF）为金标准。ACDF经过50余年的临床应用、改良，在取得了可喜的临床疗效和较高的患者满意度同时也出现了一些不可避免的并发症，
