摘要
在PDA培养基中添加不同浓度的硫酸锌,分析研究平菇苏云6号、夏王、9400菌丝生长的最佳锌浓度.结果发现,3种供试菌株对锌营养的需求相同;低浓度的硫酸锌(1×10^-7~1×10^-6/mL)明显促进茼丝的生长发育,且1×10^-7g/mL为菌丝生长发育的最佳锌营养条件;高浓度的硫酸锌对菌丝的生长有抑制作用.
The experiment has investigated the effect of zinc sulfate on the development of mycelia of three strains of P. ostreatus-Suyun 6, Xiangwang, 9400 with different concentration of zinc. The result showed that the three strains of P. ostreatus all depended on the micronutrient of zinc at the same extent. The concentration of zinc (1 ×10^-7~1×10^-6 g/mL ) promoted mycelia growth markedly and 1×10^-7g/mL was the most suitable concentration for the growth. On the contrary; high concentration of zinc inhibited their myeelia growth.
