摘要
个性化服务是高校院系资料室改进信息服务工作的有效手段。从资料室开展个性化教学信息服务的必要性出发,提出了资料室进行个性化教学信息服务的实施策略:(1)了解师生的个性化信息需求,建立相关档案资料;(2)收集整理个性化教学信息资源为教学人员提供个性化信息服务;(3)提供个性化的服务手段满足教学人员的信息需求。
Personalized service is an effective way to improve information services in the college reference rooms. This paper points out its necessity and puts forward some strategies for it： （ 1 ） understand the needs of teachers and students and establish related files; （2） collect and sort out personalized teaching information resources for the teaching staff; （3） provide personalized service ways to satisfy the teaching staff＇ s needs for information.
