摘要
安装于世界海拔最高的格尔木燃气轮机是我国国产化首台南汽/GE联合体生产的PG9171E型机组,在我国西北地区安装、调试这类燃气机组都是首次,要保质保量完成燃机安装和调试工作,面临诸多的技术问题和困难。本文针对格尔木燃电站燃气轮机安装过程中遇到的地脚螺栓尺寸偏差大、灌浆后出现裂纹及脱空、两支撑抬差值超标、轴系找中心等问题进行了探索,分析了问题出现的原因,提出了可行的解决办法,保证了机组安装质量,使机组达到一次启动成功。
The gas turbine, installing in high altitude Ge'er mu, is the first domestic PG9171E type turbine of south turbine and GE joint production and it is the first installation and debugging of gas turbines on northwest china. It faces many technical problems to guarantee both quality and quantity of installation and debugging. On the course of installation gas turbine, it appears a series of problems, for example foundation bolt's size large deviation, appearance crack and void after grouting, shafting to seek center etc. The paper puts forward feasible solution, ensures the unit installation quality and makes startup successfully.
