摘要
宁波市的连续运行卫星定位服务系统(简称NBCORS)、高程基准(基本水准网)和似大地水准面精化工程等基础测绘项目的有机结合,构成了宁波市的现代测绘基准体系。本文分析了宁波市已有测绘基准现状,指出了第二代GPS控制网、基本水准网以及区域似大地水准面精化成果等测绘基准的不足,提出了宁波市现代测绘基准体系的建设目标、主要内容、技术指标和建设方案,它是宁波市新一代高精度、三维、动态、多功能的现代测绘基准空间基础设施,也是"数字宁波"地理空间基础框架的重要组成部分。
NingBo modern datum system of surveying and mapping is made up of NingBo Continuously Operating Reference Stations（ NBCORS）, vertical datum（ the basic leveling network）and quasi- geoid refinement engineering... etc. The text analyzed actuality condition of surveying and mapping in NingBo. It pointed out datum＇s shortage of surveying and mapping of the second generation GPS control network, the basic leveling and realm quasi - geoid refinement fruit etc. It Conceived construction target, main contents,technique guide line and construction project of modern＇s datum systern of surveying and mapping. It is our city＇s new generation high precision,3D, dynamic, multi -function modern datum spatial basic establishment of surveying and mapping as well as the important part of urban basic geospatial framework in “ Digital City”.
