阐述了烟气脱硫系统对阀门材质的耐磨损要求,分析了主要腐蚀现象和合金元素在含镍材料中的作用,介绍了以点蚀能力当量作为烟气脱硫选择含镍材料的一个重要参考值,提出了根据运行条件和工艺条件以及介质所含氯化物及pH值的强弱合理选材的建议。
Mainlyfocus on the abrasion resistance requirements of the valve material in FGD system, corrosion phenomena, the and the function of alloy element at nickel material. The pitting resistance equivalent numbers can be an important reference valve for the selection of nickel material in FGD system. Give us suggestion for how to select material base on operation condition, process characteristics, chloride content in fluid and the pH level.
