摘要
国家体育场(鸟巢)钢结构安装工程焊接技术有:Q460-Z35焊接性试验研究新技术;大规模采用电加热预(后)热技术;厚板采用SMAW-GMAW-FCAW-G复合新工艺技术;大面积采用仰焊技术;GMAW、FCAW-G大流量防风技术;钢结构低温焊接技术;铸钢及其异种钢焊接技术;防止冷、热裂纹技术等14项。在此主要介绍了钢结构埋设件压力埋弧焊新工艺的开发与应用;柱脚拼装焊接技术理论依据阐述分析;控制应力应变具体实施;低温焊接技术;"鸟巢"钢结构焊接工程仰焊技术;厚焊接将成为建筑钢结构的主要焊接技术;异种钢焊接技术;"鸟巢"钢结构焊接工程合拢技术。这些技术在国家体育场(鸟巢)工程焊接中的运用,为建筑钢结构焊接工程施工提供了有益的参考。
The welding techniques of the National stadium (Bird's nest)steel structure building project adopted 14 technologies,including the new technical research for welding test,electrical heating preheating (after heating)technique,new multiplicity technique of SMAW-GMAW-FCAW-G for the thick plate, invented welding,prevention of cold or hot crack ,and so on.The main descriptions were the development and application of new technologies,such as submerged arc welding for build-in-fitting steel slructure;invented welding technology;the thick plate welding technique;the heterogeneity steel welding;the jointing technology of steel structure welding engineering,etc.These technologies were used in the welding engineering of the National stadium(Bird's nest) , supplied useful reference for architecture steel structure project
