摘要 目的通过体模试验模拟术中导航,检验Execelim-04TM神经导航系统的可靠性。方法分别应用CT和MRI数据,采用体模进行模拟术中导航,分别测量导航系统在每个定位点的实际距离精度,通过统计分析验证Excelim-04TM神经导航系统的导航精确性。分析各种因素可能对该神经导航系统产生的影响。结果Ex-celim-04TM神经导航系统CT影像导航的精度比MRI影像导航的精度更加高,体模模拟导航精度符合神经外科手术要求。Excelim-04TM神经导航系统基本符合神经外科手术的要求。结论Excelim-04TM神经导航系统精度可靠,系统稳定,符合神经外科手术的要求。 Purpose To test domestic Excelirn-04^TM Neuronavigation system's precision and feasibility. Methods By using Peg-Board Phantom, we calculated the localization precision of the definite points, that is the distance between the point in CT or MRI images and the actual location that the navigation system shows. Then we analyzed the facts that influence the precision of the navigation system. Results Excelim-04^TM navigation system showed high precision by using CT data. In emulative intra-operational navigation, the Excelim-04^TM neuronavigation system showed high precision and stability. This navigation system can satisfy clinical requirements. Conclusions Excelirn-04^TM neuronavigation system shows high precision and stability,and can be used in the neurosurgical navigational operations.
