摘要
构建了一种新的POCT(Point-of-Care Test)仪器的小型嵌入式硬件平台。设计并实现了一种基于数字处理现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的实时图像采集处理系统,介绍了该系统的软硬件设计和构建流程。实验结果表明:该系统能在TFT显示屏上实时显示1.3×106pixel、15 frame/s的视频图像,配合显微镜系统,对DNA点阵图的检测精度可达10μm,检测结果与实验室内大型成熟设备检测结果的误差在±1.5%之内,基本满足了POCT仪器测量的快速检测、高精度、便于携带、实时性好等要求。
In order to capture and process the image signals in biochemical results using Point-of-Care Test(POCT) devices, a real-time imaging and processing system based on Field Pragramm Gate Array (FPGA) is developed. The design and developing processes of software and hardware are introduced. The experimental results indicate that this system can display 1.3 mega-pixels and up to 15 frame/s video in real time on the TFT screen,and the detection precision for DNA micro arrays can reach to 10 μm after fitting together a microsope system. Compared with the results of the large scale detecting system in the laboratory, the detection error can be controlled within ± 1.5%, which can satisfy the detecting requirements of real time, higher precision, quick detection and convenience for carrying in the POCT devices.
