摘要
针对电厂冷却水中的硫酸盐还原菌(SRB),选取了三氯异氰尿酸、戊二醛、异噻唑啉酮3种杀菌剂,研究其对SRB的最低杀菌浓度、杀菌率和持续时间。通过室内静态试验,戊二醛表现出快速杀菌的特性,12 h内即可达到最佳杀菌效果;而异噻唑啉酮表现出较长的药效持续时间和低浓度杀菌的能力,观察到120 h仍有较好的抑制作用。建议使用戊二醛做快速杀菌剂;异噻唑啉酮作为长期使用,使用期间每3~4 d投加异噻唑啉酮一次。
In view of the sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) in circulating cooling water of power plant, three bactericides: trichloroisocyanuric acid, glutaraldehyde, isothiazolone were selected. The minimum bactericidal concentration, bactericidal rate and residence time of them to SRB were studied. The indoor static test showed that, glutaraldehyde had rapid sterilization capability, which could obtain best sterilization effect in 12 h; while, isothiazolone was characterized by longer duration of drug effect and sterilization capability under low concentration, and its inhibition effect on bacteria was still good after 120 h. It was suggested that, glutaraldehyde could be used as a rapid bactericide, while, isothiazolone was suitable for long-term use, and during the operation with it, glutaradehyde should be added every 3 or 4 days.
