摘要
首先对显式动力学求解碰撞问题的基本方程和求解过程做了全面的介绍,比较了显示解法和隐式解法在求解接触动力学问题上各自的特点,其次对行星齿轮离合器啮合碰撞过程应力的求解做了理论上的推导,最后对两种不同的模型使用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行了有限元的显式求解,三种求解方法结果基本吻合,得到了行星齿轮碰撞过程比较准确的数据,为整个机构的设计奠定了基础。
The basic equation and solving course of impaction problem by explicit dynamic method were presented,the characters of the explicit method and the implicit method were compared,the theoretical deduction on the solution of the stress was made and two FEA modal were built and solved by the explicit dynamic solver,ANSYS/LS-DYNAMIC.The two solutions conform to each other well,which provides a solid foundation for the whole structural design.
