摘要 为了不断地提高混合动力电动汽车(HEV)的操控性能,开发出一种搭载于CAN网络的在线数据采集系统。通过CAN网络,获取HEV在各种工况下的运行参数并且存储至体积小、容量大的SD卡中。这种方法具备较强的实用性,尤其在HEV的调试开发过程中有较高的优越性。对HEV实际运行中的各种数据进行连续跟踪记录,建立车载数据采集系统并对存储的运行数据进行分析,可以促进HEV整车控制策略的改进,对新一轮技术升级起到至关重要的作用。 To enhance the control performance of hybrid electric vehicle(HEV),an online data collecting system based on CAN bus was developed.This system can get the HEV operation information from the CAN bus and then store them into secure digital memory card which has a small figure,large capability.This method has great advantages in application,especially used on the HEV debugging process.To make continuous conservation and observation of the HEV operating information,and establish the HEV operating memorizer and make analysis of the on line data,it can give supports to the modification of the control strategy,and take an important role in the improvement of HEV design technique.
