摘要
以Pro/E为开发平台,采用参数化设计理念,对新结构高轮齿接触率RV传动装置进行三维实体建模、虚拟装配设计和工程图纸设计。三维实体造型设计为有限元分析和工程图纸设计提供了基础;虚拟装配校核了各种干涉条件;采用零件图、装配图的模板创建和建立族表通用零件库的方法设计工程图纸,极大地减少了重复工作、提高了设计效率、缩短了新结构高轮齿接触率RV传动装置的设计周期。
Using Pro/E as a development platform and adopting parametric design ideas, 3D modelings of RV drive with new structure and large percentage of teeth contact are made and virtual assembly and engineering diagrams of the drive are done. 3D modelings build a base for the finite analysis and engineering diagrams design, the virtual assembly can check interference conditions. Generating engineer diagrams through the methods building part template, engineer template and standard mechanical components database, reduce repeating works much, enhance design efficiency and cut down the design period.
