广西某医院门诊5843例儿童血铅水平及其与微量元素的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨广西某大学附属医院门诊5843名儿童血铅(Ph)水平及其与锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、钙(ca)、镁(Mg)含量的关系。方法用原子吸收分光光度法测定了5843名0~14岁儿童(男3905名,女1938名)血Pb、Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg含量,并进行有关的统计分析。结果以美国国家疾病控制中心(CDC)制定的铅中毒标准(血铅浓度≥100/μg/L)为界线,儿童血铅超标率为10.2%;男童血铅、锌、铜含量明显高于女童;铅中毒组血钙含量明显低于非铅中毒组,血锌、铜含量高于非铅中毒组。Pearson相关性分析显示,铅中毒组血铅与钙呈明显正相关;非铅中毒组血铅与钙、铜有明显负相关,与锌、铁、镁呈明显正相关。结论体内铅负荷过量可能会干扰血液锌、铜、铁、钙、镁的代谢稳态,以致累及正常的生命代谢活动。 Objective To explore the lead (Pb) concentration and associations between it and zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), calcium (Ca), and magnesium (Mg) in blood among 5 843 children from a Hospital Clinic of Guangxi. Methods Blood samples among 5 843 children of 0 ~ 14 years old were collected to determine the concentration of Pb, Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca and Mg in blood by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. A correlated statistical analysis on the concentration of Pb, Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca and Mg in blood was made. Results The incidence rate of children lead poisoning was 10.15 % according to criteria of children lead poisoning that the blood lead level is more than or equal to 100/μg/L formulated by Center for Disease Control of the US. The concentration of Pb, Zn, Cu of examined boys were significantly higher than those of girls ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05, respectively). A significant lower level of blood Ca and higher levels of Zn and Cu in lead poisoning group was found( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05, respectively). The conditional multiple correlations analysis showed that blood Pb level was positively correlated with Ca in lead poisoning group, Zn, Fe and Mg and negatively associated with Ca and Cu in normal group(P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05, respectively). Conclusions Excessive lead could disturb metabolism of Zn: Cu, Fe, Ca and Mg in blood and affect normal metabolic activities.
