摘要
对体育教育专业排球普修课正面上手发球的抛球采用不同方法的教学实验,通过实验结果的比较与分析,提出了切实可行的正面上手发球的单手抛上旋球方法,来提高正面上手发球效果。
In the teaching of the general course of volleyball for the P. E. majors, the author has adopted a teaching experiment of different methods in teaching the skill of serving and throwing a ball front-up-hand. By a comparison and analysis of the experimental result, the author proposes a practical skill of throwing up, spinning and serving a ball by front-up-hand in order to bring out a better effect of serving a ball front-up-hand.
