摘要
采用访谈法和问卷调查法,对第十一届国际田联世界青年田径锦标赛(简称世青赛)的志愿者管理人员进行访谈,了解本次赛事志愿者管理情况;对参加本次田径锦标赛的志愿者从7个方面进行满意度的问卷调查。结果表明:大型体育赛事志愿者的管理还存在一些问题,志愿者的满意度尚未达到平均水平,但是大多数志愿者仍对大型体育赛事的志愿者活动存在着巨大的热情和积极性。随着北京2008年奥运会志愿者筹办工作的展开,研究志愿者的满意度对2008奥运会志愿者的管理具有一定的现实意义和实践意义。
With methods of interviews with officials of the 11th IAAF World Junior Championships-Beijing2006 and questionnaires, this paper makes a survey on the management affair for volunteers and an analysis on the degree of satisfaction of volunteers taking part in the event from seven aspects. The results show that there are still many problems in the management of volunteers in large-scale sport events; the volunteers＇ degree of satisfaction has not reached the average standard; yet most of the volunteers have kept their great enthusiasm and passion for the event. With the organization of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,it is of realistic and practical significance to study the volunteers＇ degree of satisfaction for the management of volunteers for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
