摘要
两路口与上清寺片区(以下简称两上片区)曾经是渝中区的次中心地区,以第三产业为主导产业,但近年来,由于市场选择的原因,大部分产业处于衰退状态,如何进行产业结构调整,是渝中区发展当前面对的难题,针对此现象,结合调查数据,对两上片区第三产业结构利用因子分析法等实证分析手段进行分析,确定两上片区第三产业主导产业、优势产业。
Lianglukou and Shangqingsi region was the second centre of Yuzhong district in which tertiary industry is the leading industry. But most of its industries are basically in declining due to the market in recent years. The reformation of the industrial structure is the problem of Yuzhong district during the development . In response to the phenomenon, the paper analyses and determines the leading industry and advantage industry with the method of factor analysis based on the statistical date.
