摘要
对贵阳、遵义、重庆、成都、乌鲁木齐、敦煌、西安、昆明、曲靖的城镇社区自治组织的调查结果显示:社会转型对社区自治提出了新要求,从这些新要求出发,结合西部社区自治的内容可以发现西部城镇社区自治组织的发展面临许多矛盾和困境,解决好这些矛盾和困难,对西部城镇社区自治组织的发展,构建社会主义和谐西部具有十分重要的理论意义和实践意义。
A survey is made of the autonomous organizations in the urban communities of the west cities Guiyang, Zunyi, Chongqing, Chengdu, Ummqi, Dtmhuang, Xi＇an, Kunming, and Qujing. The results indicate that the development of the autonomous organizations in west urban communities confronts a series of problems. Therefore, to explore the solutions to these problems is beneficial to the healthy development of the autonomous organizations in west urban communities and helpful to the construction of socialist harmonious west in terms of theory and practice.
