克罗恩病25例分析

摘要 目的探讨克罗恩病(CD)的临床及手术治疗特点。方法回顾性分析25例CD患者的临床资料。结果本组25例CD患者临床表现以腹痛,腹泻为主;发现腹部肿块3例,肠梗阻8例,肠穿孔2例,肠粘连6例,肠道出血5例,内瘘形成1例,腹腔脓肿形成3例。术前获诊断仅7例,误诊率72%。本组均行手术治疗,行右半结肠切除术6例,小肠部分切除术13例,行回盲部切除术4例;术后死亡1例,复发5例,再次手术2例。结论克罗恩病临床表现呈多样化,不具备典型性而易误诊。手术治疗是该疾病重要治疗手段,需根据患者情况选择不同术式,术后需预防复发。
