摘要
地方高校要进行人才引进规划,必须做好人才需求预测,为此必须明确高校发展战略和学科建设目标,拟定科学的学科梯队规划,提出人才引进的实施计划。运用定量分析扣定性分析结合的方法,对人才需求进行预测,才能为人才引进的规划工作打下坚实的基础。
Before the local university preparing for the talent introduction plan, it needs to do the talent's requirement forecasting well. so, this reason the local universities must definitude the strategy of university's development and the construction object of the discipline, draft the scientific plans for the discipline echelon, propose the implementation plan of talent introduction. The article adopts the method of the quantitative analysis combining with the qualitative analysis that predicting the demand for talents, all this can lay a solid foundation for the plan of talents introducing.
