摘要
基于SPOT5遥感影像图和3S(RS、GIS、GPS)技术,研究了退耕还林工程项目监测吴起县子项目的技术方法和技术流程,并通过建立小班属性因子数据库,进而实现了图表管理、成果查询、以及输出等功能,不但提高了工作效率,而且提高了成果精度,为国家林业政策的制定提供可靠的数据,利于工程的顺利实施。
Based on the SPOT5 remote sensing images map and 3S technology, the main methods and procedures of monitoring "grain for green" project (converting crop land to forests and grass land) in Wuqi County,northem Shaanxi were investigated. From building the database of sub-lot attribution factors, chart management, results inquire, and output were achieved. These functions not only improve the work efficiency, but also increasing the result accuracy supply the reliable data for forestry policy making, and benefit for the successful implementing the engineering project.
