摘要
目的:对Lambert在1996年编制的用于评估心理咨询效果的工具—"效果问卷-45"(Outcome Question-naire-45,简称OQ-45)经翻译后在国内的试用情况做一了解。方法:对OQ-45进行翻译和回译,然后选取普通在校大学生200人,部分高校心理咨询中心的来访者25人和武汉市心理医院的来访者50人分别组成普通人样本和当事人样本进行测量,对结果进行信效度分析。结果:三个分量表和整个量表的内部一致性信度在0.57-0.91之间。三个分量表得分与问卷总分相关在0.77-0.95之间。问卷能够很好地区分普通人和当事人样本,敏感性较好。因素分析显示两因素结构。结论:由于不同的文化背景OQ-45在中国的使用还需要进一步的修订。
Objective: To explore the usability of "Outcome Questionnaire-45" developed by Lambert in 1996 for counseling outcome assessing. Methods: OQ-45 was first translated into Chinese and then retranslated into English. After that, the OQ-45 Chinese edition was used to measure 200 normal college students and 75 clients. The results were analyzed to get reliability and validity of the OQ-45 Chinese edition. Results: The Cronbach's alpha coefficients of the three subscales and total score were from 0.57-0.91. Correlations between the score of each subscale and total score were from 0.77-0.95. The questionnaire could well discriminate normal sample and client sample, which means good having sensitivity. The two factors were extracted by factor analysis. Conclusion: According to different culture background, it needs further revision to be used in China.
