摘要
在社会主义市场经济条件下,高等教育的发展及其体制变革,给高校学生管理工作带来了机遇,也提出了新的挑战。本文分析了目前高校学生管理工作中存在的主要问题,提出高校学生管理工作必须转变观念,树立以学生为本的管理理念,加强制度建设,全面改革和创新学生管理工作。
On conditions of socialist market economics, it is the development and institutional changes that really not only give opportunities to college management, but also new challenges. This paper analyzes the current main problems existing in the college students management,which refers us to change our concepts,establish a student-based management ideas,enhance the building of systems, and set up a comprehensive reform of the students and innovative management.
