摘要
文章分析了发达国家对我国进行植物新品种权竞争的主要方式,结合我国自身的特点,提出了植物新品种权反竞争的策略,使我国在国际农产品贸易竞争中处于有利位置。
The mode of the developed country competing with China in plant variety protection grants was analyzed in the paper. On the basis of Chinese characteristic, the strategy of plant variety protection grants counteractive competition was put forward that make China to be on a good wicket in the international competition of agricultural products.
