摘要
目的:观察中药-益母草胶囊治疗药物流产后阴道流血的临床疗效,减少药物流产胎囊娩出后阴道流血量,缩短药物流产术后的阴道流血天数。方法:我院门诊2005年2月至2007年8月收治妇女自愿药物流产68例,随机分为治疗组34例和对照组34例,两组的常规处理相同,治疗组同时加用益母草胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率41.2%,总有效率94.1%,对照组治愈率29.4%,总有效率76.5%%,经统计学处理P<0.05,两组有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。结论:益母草胶囊治疗药物流产后流血作用显著,值得临床推广。

Method：68 cases with drug abortion from Feb,2005 to Aug. 2007, were divided into treatment group 34 and control group 34 , two set normal regulations processing homology, the treatment set adds to use the yimucao capsule during the treatment. Result： Treatment term cure rate was 41.2% ,Total efficiency rate 94.1% ,the random term cure rate was 29.4% ,Total efficiency rate 76.5%, ,treatment term is better than the random tenn. Conclusion：The yimucao capsule in treating vaginal bleeding have a marked function, worth of clinical expansion.
