摘要
教师素质研究是教师研究的重要组成部分。我国大陆地区关于特殊教育教师的素质研究主要集中在特教教师素质构成、特教教师知识与技能、特教教师观念与态度,以及特教教师心理健康等几个方面。笔者在总结以往研究成果的基础上,对现有研究在内容和方法上的局限和不足进行了分析,并进一步对未来研究进行了展望。
Research on teachers' quality is an integral part of research on teachers. Research on special education teachers' quality in China's Mainland mainly centers on structure of quality, knowledge and abilities, concept and attitude, and mental health of those teachers. The author first reviews the research findings in previous studies, then analyses the limitations of current research contents and methods, and finally points out directions of future research.
