摘要
[目的]了解实习护生的职业倦怠水平及其影响因素。[方法]采用西班牙学者Moreno-Jim啨nez等编制的护士职业倦怠量表对240名实习护生进行调查。[结果]实习护生的职业倦怠受生理、心理和社会等多种因素影响,护生的职业倦怠感较高,处于高水平情感耗竭、非人性化和严重的工作无成就感者分别占30.83%,16.25%,28.33%。[结论]实习护生的职业倦怠水平达轻中度,医院应采取积极措施进行干预。
Objective： To know about the occupation lassitude level of practical nursing students and its influencing factors. Methods： A total of 240 practical nursing students were investigated by adopting nursing occupation lassitude scale made by Spanish scholars Moreno-Jimenez et al. Results： The occupation lassitude of practical nursing students were influenced by physiological, psychological and .social various factors. Nursing students＇ occupation taediumvitae was higher. Students with high level of feeling exhaustion, non- humanized and severe non - achievement work sense accounted to 30.83 %, 16.25 % and 28.33 % respectively. Conclusion： Occupation lassitude level of practical nursing students was at mild to moderate level. Hospital administrators should take some active measures to intervene on it.
