摘要
LH/CG受体是一种G蛋白偶联受体,与黄体生成素和绒毛膜促性腺激素结合后,主要激活G蛋白/腺苷酸环化酶系统从而产生一系列生物学效应。近年来对LH/CG受体基因结构、基因表达与调控以及信号传导机制等方面进行了深入研究,并取得了一定的进展。
LH/CG receptor is a membrane receptor belonging to the superfamily of G-protein-coupled receptors. It targets the action of LH and chorionic gonadotropin, which main activates the G-protein/adenylylcyclase system and results in a series of biological effects. In recent years, LH/CG receptor about the structure, gene expression, regulation, mechanism of signal transduction and so on has been deeply studied, and gained much breakthrough progress.
