摘要
科学合理的组织架构是商业银行业务有效运作的重要前提。我国商业银行在21世纪初期已开始着手组织架构改革,但成效并不显著。西方商业银行矩阵式组织架构主流模式历经多年演变,日趋成熟,是代表商业银行发展方向的典型的现代化模式,也是我国商业银行组织架构改革的方向。本着循序渐进、分步实施的原则,在改革前中期,在部分业务板块率先实施事业部制改革,同时加大配套基础工作的改革力度。通过重点业务、地区试点,在基础条件成熟、管理水平提高、试点取得经验的基础上再全面迈向矩阵式组织架构。
A rational organizational structure is an important prerequisite for the sound operation of commercial bank. China＇s commercial banks have begun organizational structure reform since the early 21 st century, but the achievement is not significant. However, western commercial banks＇ matrix organizational structure as a mainstream mode has been well-developed, which represents the typical modernization mode for the development of commercial banks. Thus, the author suggests that China＇s commercial banks should study this matrix organizational structure mode to improve their organizational structure reform.
