摘要
目的了解健康体检人群对脂肪肝相关知识的掌握情况及需求,指导护理人员有目的地进行健康教育。方法采用问卷调查法对416名健康体检者进行脂肪肝的认知情况,知识获得途径,知识需求及需求方式等调查。结果416名中51.7%掌握脂肪肝患病知识及危险因素,63.9%认知脂肪肝的预防方法。其知识来源于多种途径,电视广播网络占54.2%,医务人员占28.7%;预防措施、并发症及治疗方法占需求的前三位。结论体检人群对脂肪肝相关知识掌握情况存在不足,护理人员应采取针对性的健康宣教,提高体检人群的防护意识,从而降低脂肪肝的发病率。
Objective To investigate the awareness rate and clients＇demands of fatty liver related knowledge in healthy examination crowd, and then find a way to instruct nurses to conduct health education purposefully. Methods： 416 healthy persons were measured with questionnaire including the awareness, the way of accepting knowledge and the need of knowledge. Result 51.7% of healthy persons knew fatty liver suffering and risk factor, 63.9% knew preventive methods, But only 27.9% took measures. Conclusion In order to decrease morbidity of fatty liver , it was important for nurses to conduct health education and improve the consciousness of fatty liver self--prevention for healthy persons.
