摘要 目的:建立刺山柑果中腺苷含量的测定方法。方法:刺山柑果经超声提取,硅胶薄层层析分离,用紫外分光光度法于260nm处测定腺苷的吸光度。结果:在1.0-6.0μg/mL的范围内腺苷的浓度与吸光度呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9995 n=6),平均回收率为96.1%(RSD=1.48%n=3),腺苷的含量为14.19mg/Kg(RSD=2.8 n=5)。结论:本法简捷、准确,适用于刺山柑果中腺苷的含量测定。 Objective To establish a TLC-UV method of determination of adenosine in fruit of Capparis spinosa L. Methods Adenosine was extracted with ultrasonic and separated by TLC silica gel, the absorbance was detected at 260nm with UV spectrophotometry . Result The cabibration curve for adenosine was linear within the range of 1.0-6.0μg/mL, r=0.9995 (n=6) ,the average recovery was 96.1% (RSD=1.48% n=3) ,the content of adenosine was 14.19mg/Kg (RSD=2.8, n=5) .Conclusion The method was simple,convenient and accurate for determination of adenosine in fruit of Capparis spinosa L..
