摘要
针对小模数齿轮传统方法测量难,费时费力等缺点,提出了一种基于三坐标测量机CCD测头在齿轮偏差测量中的新方法。该方法可以实现在齿廓有效工作范围内自动快速扫描齿廓坐标,并直接进行数据存储与处理,通过渐开线拟合的方法得到各偏差,实现在线测量。理论分析和实验表明,本方法对小模数齿轮的测量具有简便、无接触和效率高的优点。
Traditional method of small module gear is difficult. This paper presents a new method to measure pitch and tooth error of involute spur gear by CCD camera on CMM. The method can be achieved in the value of the profile automatically scan profde coordinates and processing data, through fitting involute to obtain the deviation. Theoretical analysis and experiments show that this method is simple, non contact and efficient for small module gear.
