不同钾肥用量对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响

摘要 [目的]为实际生产中黄瓜的施肥提供理论依据。[方法]采用盆栽法,设置0(CK)和12、、34、g/盆4个钾肥梯度,通过测定施用不同钾肥浓度条件下黄瓜幼苗的生理指标,研究不同钾肥用量对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响。[结果]不同钾肥用量对土壤中速效钾含量有很大影响。在试验所设定的钾肥浓度范围内,随着钾肥用量的增加,黄瓜幼苗的脯氨酸、Vc含量增加,过氧化氢酶活性、过氧化物酶活性和根的活性不同程度地上升。每增加1个钾肥梯度,脯氨酸含量平均增加1.372 5μg/ml。[结论]在一定的钾肥浓度范围内,提高钾肥用量可以提高黄瓜的质量和产量。 [Objective] 3he study aimed to provide the theoretical foundation for cucumber fertilization in practice production. [Method] In the pot test, 4 grads of K fertilizer as 0(CK), 1,2,3,4 g/pot were set up to study the effect of different dosage of K fertilizer on growth of the cucumber seedling through determining the physiological indexes of cucumber seedlings applied K fertilizer with different concn. [Result] The different dosage of K fertilizer had great effect on the available K in the soil, In the tested concn, range of K fertilizer, with the increment of K fertilizer dosage, the contents of praline and Vc in cucumber seedlings increased and the activities of Catalase, Peroxidase and root raised to different degree, The praline content increased by 1.372 5 μg/ml on average when K fertilizer increased one grade. [Conclusion] Increasing K fertilizer dosage can enhance quality and yield of cucumber in certain concn, range of K fertilizer.
