摘要
在获取国家民政局、林业局、统计局、环境保护总局相关数据的基础上,利用SPSS统计软件,对国际减灾十年活动期间与1991-2005年的减灾投入与灾害损失进行了相关与回归分析,认为我国灾害管理体制正在完善,但仍存在很多问题,并提出了相关对策。
The eorrelations between mitigation input and disaster losses during the International Deeade for Natural Disaster Reduefion（IDNDR） and from 2001 to 2005 in China were analyzed based on the series data from State Civil Affairs Bureau, State Forestry Bureau, State Environmental Preteetion Administration and National Bureau of Statistics by using correlation analysis and regression analysis methods from SPSS software. It was concluded that the disaster system in China faees many ehllenges and should be further improved was perfect at present, many problems were also existed. So some corresponding suggestions were put forward.
