摘要
[目的]分析晚实核桃叶内矿质元素含量的年动态变化规律,确定核桃叶片养分诊断的适宜采样时期。[方法]以晚实核桃品种陇南12号为试材,测定了叶片生长发育期间N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu、Fe、Zn等元素的含量并分析其变化情况。[结果]陇南12号晚实核桃叶片内N、P、K含量在核桃年生长季内的变化呈下降趋势,在整个生育期桃叶片内N、P、K的平均含量分别为24.98、1.97和7.81g/kg;Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu含量随核桃生育期的推进而逐渐增加,其中Ca含量的增加幅度接近1倍,Mg含量的增幅为25.1%;Fe、Zn含量则随着核桃生育期上下波动。[结论]综合考虑,对晚实核桃陇南12号叶片进行N、P、K等养分诊断时,采样时期以7月份为宜。
[Objective] The purpose of the research was to analyze the annual dynamic change regularity and characteristics of mineral nutrition in the leaves of late walnut and confirm the suitable sampling stage for nutrition diagnosis of Late Walnut leaves. [Method] With late walnut variety Longuan 12 as tested material, the mineral nutrition such as N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu, Fe and Zn in late walnut leaves during growth and development stage were determined and their changes were analyzed. [Result] N, P, K contents in the leaves of Longuan 12 during the annual growth season showed decreasing trend and their mean contents in whole growing stage were 24.98, 1.97 and 7.81 g/kg. The contents of Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu increased gradually with the advance of walnut growing stage, in which, Ca content was increased by near 1 times and Mg content was increased by 25.1%. The contents of Fe and Zn fluctuated with the advance of walnut growing stage. [Conclusion] It is considered comprehensively that the appropriate sampling period is July when the N, P and K nutrition in leaves of Late Walnut Longuan 12 were diagnosed.
