摘要
[目的]为保水剂在先锋植物边坡生态恢复中的推广使用提供依据。[方法]通过植被恢复试验、土壤含水量试验和干旱胁迫试验,研究保水剂对先锋植物鬼针草生长发育的影响。[结果]播种时施用保水剂能明显促进鬼针草的生长。在一定干旱条件范围内,土壤含水量越低,保水剂的抗旱保苗能力越明显;水分相对缺乏时,施用保水剂可增加鬼针草的地上部分鲜重和干物质积累量。保水剂在反复干旱胁迫下具有较强的抗旱保苗能力。[结论]在一定的土壤干旱条件下,保水剂不仅能促进鬼针草出苗、成活,还能增加其干物质积累量。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for the popularization and application of water-retaining agent in the ecological restoration of pioneer plants on the slope. [Method] In the vegetation restoration test, soil water content test and drought stress test, the effects of water-retaining agent on the growth and development of pioneer plant Bidens bipinnata L. were studied. [Result] Applying water-retaining agent in the time of sowing could obviously promote growth of B. bipinnata. Under the conditions of certain drought, the lower soil water content was, the more obvious the ability of keeping crop seedling from drought for water-retaining agent was. When water was relatively lack, applying water- retaining agent could increase the fresh weight of the overground part and dry matter accumulation in B. bipinnata. Under the conditions of repeating drought stress, water-retaining agent had stronger ability of resisting drought and keeping seedling from drought. [Conclusion] Under the conditions of certain soil drought, water-retaining agent not only promoted the seedling emergence and the survival of B. bipinnata, but it also increased dry matter accumulation.
