摘要 目的:观察髋关节置换术中骨水泥对血流动力学的影响。方法:20例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ均采用连续硬膜外麻醉,麻醉平面控制在T10-T11,术前静脉输入林格氏液扩容,术中监测Bp、ECG、SPO2、HR,记录置入骨水泥不同时间的BP、HR。结果:应用骨水泥后血压下降、心率增快(P〈0.05),但未出现呼吸循环系统的严重并发症。结论:骨水泥可使血管扩张抑制心肌而引起血流动力学的改变。 Objective: To investigate the effects of insertion of acrylic cement into medullary cavity of the femur on hemodynamics during hip arthroplasty. Methods: Twenty patients, ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ, received continuous epidural anesthesia. Compound sodium chloride injection was injected. Blood pressure (SBP, DBP), heart rate (HR) were recorded in different time points. Results: SBP and DBP decreased and HR increased significantely immediately following insertion of acrylic cement (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: While acrylic cement may dilate blood vessel transiently and inhibit mycardial contractile function much longer.
