摘要
以压敏胶(PSA)作为废纸回用过程中形成的二次胶黏物的模型物,研究了漂白化学热磨机械浆(BCTMP)中的溶解和胶体物质(DCS)和溶解物质(DS)对二次胶黏物稳定性和沉积性能的影响。结果表明,阳离子聚合物是导致二次胶黏物失稳和沉积的重要原因。BCTMP中的DCS和DS能够稳定二次胶黏物,但它们的存在导致更多的胶黏物沉积。DCS和DS中的阴离子垃圾降低了阳离子聚合物的效果,失稳的二次胶黏物不能有效地吸附到纤维上,因此,黏性较大的二次胶黏物就会与其他杂质一起沉积下来。
Pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) was used as a model substance of the secondary stickles in waste paper recycling, the effect of the dissolved and colloidal substance (DCS) and dissolved substance (DS) in BCTMP on the stability and depositability of secondary stickles was studied. The results showed that cationic polymers lead to the destabilization of secondary stickles. The DCS and DS of BCTMP can stabilize the secondary stickes, but cause more stickies deposit. It is believed that the anionic trash in DCS and DS lowers the efficiency of cationic polymers and the destabilized secondary stickles can not be efficiently adsorbed to the fibers, therefore the destabilized secondary stickles with high stickiness such as PSA from the waste paper tend to aggregate with other contaminants and deposit.
